Vega Sport #FuelYourBetter Review

Vega Sport has a great campaign going on now, #Fuelyourbetter. If you don't have an idea of what is right for you to fuel for your training, whether you need something for before your workout, during, or if you need something for recovery, all you have to do is check out their website here and they have a great layout that will guide you in the right direction of what you may want in terms of fueling or recovery for your training.

As a Sweatpink Ambassador I was given the opportunity to try out Vega Sport. I was excited at the chance, especially since we got to pick which product we would like to review. I loved how we got the chance to pick, that way it would be geared to what I was doing for workouts and what I wanted for fuel.

Since I am currently not training for a half marathon (yet), only doing some cross training (T25 workouts that are only 25 minutes) and doing a few runs here and there, nothing over 6 miles, I decided to try out Vega Sport's Sugar Free Pre-Workout Energizer. I chose this one as my workouts are currently less than 30 minutes and I really wanted something to give me that extra boost in the morning. I'm not the best morning person, I really needed something to give me that extra energy to help me wake up and get in the zone for workouts.
What I really like about Vega Sport is how they are an advocate of using whole, plant-based foods. No bad stuff in their ingredients!!
Instructions say to take Vega Sport Sugar-Free Energizer 20 minutes before short runs, yoga, pilates, gym workouts, and other low intensity or short duration exercise lasting less than an hour to help get in the zone.

I used  Vega Sport Sugar-Free Energizer 20 minutes before my T25 workouts in the morning and felt energized! There were times when I didn't want to get out of bed, but of course had to if I wanted to get my workout in. However after taking the Vega Sport Sugar-Free Energizer, and waiting 20 minutes, I was ready and in the mood to workout!

As for those that are curious about the taste, I actually like it. The Acai Berry tastes fruity and kinda like a sweet berry juice, or hate to say it, but like what a fruity Gatorade would taste like. So it is actually ok in my book.

Not sure if any of you have done T25 workouts, but they aren't a breeze, and they can be pretty tough! I've used the Energizer multiple times already before my workouts and it has definitely helped. There was a double day last week of Total Body Circuit and Ab Intervals, where I know, Vega Sport Sugar-Free Energizer helped push me through giving me increased energy and that extra boost of endurance.

I recommend Vega Sport as it definitely does #fuelyourbetter! It is for me!
