#BuildYourBestBody with a Friday 5 Workout w/ the Surge/Kamagon Ball

Happy Friday! Today I'm bringing you another five moves you can do with the Surge/Kamagon Ball. If you missed my review that I posted last week, you can check it out here. In short, I am really enjoying working out with these products from Hedstrom Fitness. Hydro inertia training makes for a great workout.

Today's Friday five moves are:
standing oblique twists
- Standing Oblique Twists
Sit-ups
- Sit ups
Sumo Squats w/ overhead press
- Sumo Squats w/ Overhead Press
lunge and press
- Lunge and Press
skater lunges
- Skater Lunges

Do 10 reps of each 2-3 times for a nice workout.

It was fun making the video with my friend Bessie (thanks Bessie!) and if you watched closely, you may have caught one of us off balance and messing up. The water that you put in the products, creates a good natural resistance that other products cannot produce and makes the workout a bit more challenging. :)
