2018 Running Race Schedule

2018 Running Race Schedule
I'm excited for the races I've got lined up for 2018! This is what it looks like as of now:

Shamrock'n Half Marathon- 3/11/18

Rock'n'Roll San Francisco Half Marathon- 4/8/18

I'm looking forward to running on the Golden Gate Bridge again! :) If you are looking to register for a Rock'n Roll race, as a Rock'n'Blogger I do have a discount Code "RNRRNB2018" that is good for $15 off the full and half marathons at most US & Montreal races (excluding Vegas).

Zion Half Marathon - 4/28/18
Zion should be really fun because I am meeting up with my friend Lenora and hopefully Erin! It should be a fun reunion as I've really missed running with Lenora. I'm also looking forward to exploring the park after our run.

Bay to Breakers - 5/20/18

This will be my 3rd year running the race and it is one of my favorites each year. I'm a first time ambassador for the race and if you haven't signed up and want to, use code Hanks-friend for $5 off your registration.

Women's Fitness Festival 5K - 6/3/18

Tunnel Light Marathon - 9/16/18

Rock'n'Roll San Jose Half Marathon - 10/7/18

One of my goals this year is to do a trail race at some point but I just have not figured which one and when. I made the same goal last year but I'm going to make it a point to do one trail race this year for sure! I might also add another Rock'n'Roll race, I'm thinking San Antonio, but we'll see if I can fit it in.

I'm also hoping to add at least one race to do with my 8 year old but with his sports schedule it is hard to schedule in. I'm really hoping I will get a race in there with him.

My goal races are the Tunnel Light Marathon in September and probably the Rock'n'Roll San Jose half in October.  I'm really excited about Tunnel Light because both my sister Sherry and friend Lenora will be doing it. The course is a gentle downhill, point to point so I am hoping for another PR.

Rock'n'Roll San Jose I am aiming for a PR because it will just be after my marathon (hoping I'm recovered by then) and knowing that it is a fast course, it would be perfect to try for another PR. My previous PR was set there last year.

This is what I've got so far as to races scheduled for the year, and I say so far because more races will be added to the list as I figure things out. :)

Will I see you at any of the above races? What races are on your calendar?
