My 10 Favorite #BOSU Moves During the #BOSUStrong Challenge

This week is the very last week of the #bosustrong challenge that has inspired me to learn new #BOSU exercises. Before starting the challenge, my goal was to demonstrate how I was #BOSUStrong and now that we’re in the final week I plan to continue to be #BOSUStrong and continue to use the awesome BOSU for cross training. I couldn’t always make it for a run (to the gym/for a trail run/in the pool), but I still used the BOSU (workout) at home!

This week we’re focusing on the things that make us BOSU Strong. Here are the 10 things that make me #BOSUStrong:

●       I am healthy.
●       I will always strive to be the best that I can be.
●       I never give up.
●       I do my best.
●       I love to run, hike, and play.
●       I am inspired to run a marathon one day.
●       I love to encourage others to be active.
●       I have the best support group (Hubby and the kiddos).
●       I am proud of all that I have accomplished so far.
●       I hope to keep on running and working out as long as I can (old and gray).

Notes: You do not need to own or have access to a BOSU to participate. By participating you will have a chance to win a BOSU and other fun prizes. And please, if you are using a BOSU throughout this challenge, never stand on your BOSU with the dome facing down (images or moves down on the BOSU incorrectly will not count during this challenge).
