Half Marathon Training 10/20-10/26

Here's a recap of last week's workouts:

Monday 10/20- 4 mile run on the treadmill.

Tuesday 10/21- 3.35 mile walk with MOMS Club friends that started at Village Park onto the LHT trail.
Wednesday 10/22- 30 minute tempo run in the rain.
Thursday 10/23- 2 mile treadmill run. Tapering for the Perfect 10 miler on Sunday.
Friday 10/24- Rest
Saturday 10/25- Rest
Sunday 10/26- Perfect 10 miler race! I PR'd!! Chip time was 1:24:58.4. Race recap coming soon!
Wow! Another great race for me. I can't believe it! This was a great run. I'll talk more about it in my recap.

Next up is the Trenton 10K on November 8th, so less than two weeks away. I'm getting some good training with these races for the Philly Half. :)
