Half Marathon Training 10/27-11/2

Here's a recap of last week's workouts:

Monday 10/27- Rest
Tuesday 10/28- Short walk

Wednesday 10/29- 4 mile run with running friends
Thursday 10/30- Run to the canal and back.
Friday 10/31- Rest day, although did some walking taking the kids Trick or Treating. :)
Saturday 11/1- 10 mile long run in the rain. It was really wet out and had to maneuver around lots of puddles until I just got tired of it and ran right through them. ;)
Sunday 11/2- Rest day and volunteered at the Princeton Half Marathon. My first time volunteering and it was a great experience. Blog post about it will be coming this week!
It's been an ok week of workouts. I gave myself a little break to recover after the Perfect 10 Miler. I could have at least done some PiYo but it was a busy week. Here's hoping next week will be a little better and I add a little cross training. I do have the Trenton 10K on Saturday so that should be fun too!
