Last Week's Workouts 8/4-8/10

Here's a recap of last week's workouts:

Monday 8/4 - Treadmill run at the gym. 3.5 miles and felt pretty good.

Tuesday 8/5 - Rest day
Wednesday 8/6 -Couldn't make it to the gym in the morning to run so I did T25. Tried out Beta Core Cardio for the first time and like it!
Thanks to Hubby, I actually got my 35 minute tempo run in late in the afternoon. 
Thursday 8/7 - Got in another double day. Did T25 Beta Dynamic Core in the morning and also got in a 3 mile run in the evening.
Friday 8/8 - Rest Day
Saturday 8/9 - 7 mile long run on the D&R Canal
Sunday 8/10 - Rest day, although lots of walking at Hershey Park.

It was a pretty good week. I was happy to get in a couple of T25 workouts in and I did not feel like I was overdoing it. I will probably stick with a similar schedule of doing a couple T25 workouts during the week in addition to my half marathon training. My long run on Saturday felt ok. It was one of those mornings where I didn't feel like running, but got it done. Even woke up early to do it as we had a busy weekend ahead and as usual felt great afterwards. I always love the feel after a run. :)

  1. Girl, how are you so productive?! I feel like I always start the week off strong, but slow down as the week goes on. I just finished Beta Cardio Core for the first time. I'm obsessed with that plank progression. Not easy, but it felt great! When is your half?

  2. I just try to stick to my half training schedule as much as possible. It is tough and I have to modify it, but I try to get as much done as I can. That plank progression is hard!! Glad you are liking it. :) The half marathon is October 5th so less than two months away!
